Paterson House is centrally located near : Sailo’s Club & Bistro (4 min walk), boat ramp (3 min walk), the Taree Aquatic (sailing) Club (5 min walk), Rowing Club (3 min walk), takeaway and restaurant options (within 5 min walk), KFC (2 min walk), Fay’s Cinema (3 min drive), river cruises, Racecourse and Showgrounds (5 min drive each), Aquatic (swim) Centre (5 min drive), Entertainment Centre (5 min drive). A 15 minute drive will take you to local surf beaches.

BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
Balance is due at least seven days prior to arrival
Less than seven days notice of cancellation, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited
Less than 48 hours notice 50% of the total booking tariff will be forfeited.

Paul's house had everything needed for a great stay. It was spacious, had great heating and was secure. Paul was very prompt with communication. Check in was easy. Big backyard for pets. Free wifi was a bonus.

Is within easy walking distance to the shops. Would definitely stay here again. Checkin/checkout was very easy and communication with Paul was very prompt.

Good sized home with comfy beds & ceiling fans to save you from the heat. Box of kids toys was a nice touch. Open common area. Great sized backyard for the dog, but could escape out the front if you've got a 'jumper'. Convenient location near the hospital (our purpose for staying), river, cafes, & shops. Kids playgroud just a couple of blocks away.

Wonderful house with lots of room and a beautiful, spacious backyard perfect for a dog. Paul was very accomodating and very quick to reply to messages. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend!
